The place is in a great location. Downtown close to plenty of food and things to do around. I was very disappointed when I found out the pool was closed my whole stay, I probably would not have paid what I did if I would have known that. We also did not have a second blanket the first night, had to cover up with sheets. We contacted them and they didn’t bring a blanket until my second day. If you offer a second bed and understand it will be used I figure you should have proper equipment that suites the number of guests. People were friendly but unprofessional in my opinion. If your main headline on your listing is the rooftop pool you should mention that the pool was unavailable for renovations.

Gross and Disappointing

We needed a place in downtown Dallas to stay close to the hospital where my daughter was having surgery and recovering for a week. What we thought would be an easy stay turned out to be very different. First off, there is no storage whatsoever in the apartment bedroom for any clothes and only 1 (one) clothing hangar was provided in the closet. Our clothes had to stay folded up in our bags the entire trip. Second, the floor and both beds were absolutely disgusting. Walking around without shoes on was not possible. Small hairs were obvious on the sheets along with what appeared to be food and blood stains which were both disturbing. Upon folding out the couch bed, we were met with further stains on the mattress and what appeared to be crumbs and kids' snacks left inside the couch bed, cushions and other places that we had to clean up ourselves. We also chose to wash the sheets ourselves since we did not want to sleep in filth. The mattress in the bedroom also had a hole in the top part which had something poking out of it when you rolled over. There was also limited kitchen and cookware provided. When we tried to use the oven, it began to fill the kitchen with smoke. There was also no cleaning supplies provided other than the broom and dustpan. So we were never able to fully wipe down any areas that appeared questionable. Also half the outlets did not even work. Avoid this unit if possible.
