「The host cancelled my booking the day before I was due to book in because I use a walking stick and the room was on the middle floor. When I made the booking there was no mention on the booking page about about difficulties I may have. The reason given was not enough room on the expedia page. I was also refused a refund, which I find very disappointing as it was the host who cancelled my booking, not myself. Very disappointed allround.」

「We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point. Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well. Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting. The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated. Definitely recommend 10/10」
