「Very nice property with a nice view of the bay. Relaxing location with comfortable furniture and the house feels much bigger than the square footage might indicate. There were a few rough edges from repairs and painting that were less than professional, but overall it is well maintained. Would recommend.」

「We loved everything about this place! It’s beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from away. The host was wonderful and made it easy to communicate with her. The view from the deck is so pretty! I loved having a cup of tea out there and looking at the water. It was a perfect spot! We are so grateful!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental property in Edgecomb! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bristol, and other nearby attractions. 「If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!」

「Cute but aging small space, Near attractions」

We also smelled cigarettes upon entry into the building but once the door was open for a short time the smell went away. I would definitely stay at this site again when I the area.」

「Location, location, location! We stayed for 4 days and didn't have to drive ONCE. David was easy to communicate with and very helpful. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!」
