“Two comments: 1) the deck used for entry to the house is too low which makes for a big step up and tougher step down especially if you are carrying something.2) Tried to watch some football but none of us could figure out the operation of the TV. Called the owner, he was in Hawaii on vac, he tried to walk us through the steps to make it work - no luck. I had to send him a pic of a QR code - no luck. He tried to reset the software controlling the TV but no luck. Perhaps a simple 1, 2, 3,……

“We loved the peaceful location. We never heard any noise at night (except for a neighbor outdoor gathering one night). The beds were firm but comfortable. We walked about 15 minutes to the west end of Bar Harbor to rent bicycles. Otherwise, we drove to other destinations. Cell service is poor or non-existent for our phones. Using the wi-fi was essential. TV service was not ideal but we don't watch much anyways. ”
