Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

Family vacation

We loved our stay in Wells! From my 88yr-old mother to our grandchildren, the house was perfect. My mom had a bedroom and bathroom with accessible shower on main level where she could access deck. We had the deck, a lower level to sit and the amazing beach and ocean. We had everything we needed and Olivia was always responsive to questions. Just waiting to go back next year!

Perfect spot for Women's Weekend

This was a great place for six women to reconnect. Plenty of room for everyone to gather. Well equipped kitchen. Spectacular views of the sunrise over the beach. Uncrowded winter walks on the beach are the best - we did one every day.

The Perfect Post-Holiday Vacation

My family and I have stayed at Olivia & Mark's property for several years now. It is the perfect property for us and our needs with comfortable bedrooms and the perfect main living/dining space (with a cozy fireplace). The location cannot be beat and Olivia is wonderful and responsive as a host. We cannot wait to return next year.

Beautiful Stay on the Southern Maine Coast

Olivia and Patrick, the owners, were very helpful. The location was ideal for our purposes. Given the size of our group the two refrigerators were very useful. All around throughly enjoyable week.

Shorter visit this time for a mini vacation to catch up with a friend. Everything was great - we enjoyed a walk into Ogunquit via the beach and just watching the ocean. Will be returning!

Perfect all around

A relaxing paradise to gather with family and friends! Daily walks on the beach, flying kites and playing bocce were some of the highlights. The house is well appointed with everything you would need.

Great week on a private beach

Moody beach is unique, because property lines go all the way to the low tide line. This makes the experience of staying there that much more enjoyable. The house is well equipped with everything for cooking, beach, games, etc.

Another great stay!

Third stay at the house for a desperately needed vacation after a tough year. The weather cooperated, in fact one day was like a summer day, except it was dark by 6. As always, it was great to relax in such a comfortable spot, right on the beach and close to restaurants etc. It was a great spot to see the Hunter moon rise. Will be back!

Awesome home

The house and beach are the best locations! Short drive to all the restaurants and shops and far enough away for a quiet, peaceful stay. The house is beautiful and super clean. Everything you need is there for you. Long walks on the beach and beautiful sunrises all week! Wonderful vacation!

Another Amazing Visit to Moody Beach

This is our third stay and it was amazing again. The entire house is so comfortable and the location is amazing. We were here during the storm and extreme high tide (which was quite the site to see). The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the living/dining room space on the first floor is perfect for our family to gather. I love this property so much and cannot wait to return again!
