“Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days at this home. The neighborhood is quiet and the pictures don’t do the house justice. Very quaint. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Promptly answered any questions we had. Always a plus.The highlight was the game room which gave us hours of fun. Brought me back to my college days playing pinball and arcade games (PacMan, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Asteroids…) while listening to music on the jukebox. Even my two teenagers enjoyed going early 1980s retro as……

“Very good hosts had some difficulties with the TV and there was something in the freezer that was there and we couldn’t remove. So we couldn’t use the freezer. But the studio was comfortable for 2 people. Location was near everything. ”

“It was a privilege to have the opportunity to experience this truly amazing property. First of all, the tiny house was immaculate, and every available space was utilized perfectly. The outdoor space was so comfortable, I spent every morning on the deck reading, and we spent every evening around the fire pit. The boys explored the woods around the creek and I cooked three meals a day in that tiny kitchen! It’s hard to believe that four of us were so comfortable, but it is a testament to the hosts……

“The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! ”
