“Overall, we had a great stay. The room was spacious, very clean, smelled fresh, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring the area. The only downside was the internet. Cell phone service disappeared as soon as we got close to the hotel, and unfortunately the Wi-Fi was extremely weak. It was so slow that it could barely load anything, which was……

“the view is beautiful. room was cleaned daily towels sheets etc. Staff at check in time seemed rushed not giving full info on things like where the pool is. breakfast could have more variety. bagels coffee and fruit”

“Location is perfect, the view is everything. Our 1 bedroom was very spacious and modern. I wish there was a mirror other than just in the bathroom. I stayed with my husband and our kids age 3,9,11. Everyone enjoyed their time. Definitely eat at sun and surf. Highly recommend, will be returning next year!”

“Sheets, pillows and towels needs to be replaced. Sheets were grey. Pillows overwashed and lumpy. Brown throw blanket between sheet and cover needs to be removed completely..didn't seem to be clean. Paint on entrance door was chipping. Damp smell in room. Would not stay again. Staff were friendly.”

“I loved the view from the windows made us feel like we were on the beach”

“Our room looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures are of the main house and we were in a different building. We had no idea we had to go to the Waves resort lobby to check in until after we parked and read the sign. Our room was extremely outdated and run down. The beds were firm and one comforter was ripped with the batting coming out. Unfortunate for the price we paid. The location seemed ok, we did use the pool and it was fine. Easy walk to the beach.”
