「The room was okay, nothing fancy, but for the price I thought it should have been better. One staff member was not pleasant at all. She just was not nice like I am used to to South Carolinians being. I lived in Charleston for several years and this is not what it was like before. This was not my first time staying on the Isle of Palms either. I thought I reserved an ocean view, but the view as only a partial view, that was disappointing as well. The place was clean, just not as nice as I thought...

「We arrived late around 9 and checked in with Ron - who was extremely courteous and helpful - he turned the lights on in the dining room so we could play Backgammon. Breakfast was great - bed was great - shower had good pressure - AWESOME STAY!」

「The room walls were thin- can hear everything in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Pool was always full; difficult at any time of day to get a spot and front desk was not very knowledgeable. Restaurant had decent food, rooms were very clean, coffee shop was great, and so was the location- close to everything!」

「Pam at the front desk was very helpful as was the front desk woman the evening before when we checked in. The place needs a paint job, pressure washing and a do over. Not a bad location but not a five star joint!!! Give it two stars.」

「Room and facility overall was very clean in Summerville SC location. Staff at check-in and breakfast were efficient and pleasant to work with. I had to book a stopover for my trip home and I have reserved a room at another Hampton Inn based on this stay.」
