“Lauren was so easy to correspond with leading up to our arrival and while we were at the property. The space is absolutely perfect for 2 couples with ample common space and sleeping arrangements. The location is ideal for easy walking access to Hampton Park or other more local haunts (Moe's Tavern, Leon's, Park & Grove). It's also very simple to catch an Uber to bring you down to the French Quarter or other parts of downtown Charleston. While it is a long walk from the property to reach the……

“The property was perfect for our stay, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants on King Street, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. The host was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions or messages throughout our stay. The note about the narrow driveway is very accurate. We were able to fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee, but it was a tight squeeze, so guests with larger vehicles should keep that in……

“We enjoyed the house and neighborhood very much. Old Village is charming, great for walking and biking. It's a very peaceful neighborhood yet very close to many great restaurants and cafes. Ideally we never need to contact our host during our stay. But we did and we are so grateful that Audra answered our call. We hit a snag during checkin (cleaning crew had a difficult day) and she responded with exceptional attention to details that mattered to us. Professional, Prompt, and very Friendly. She……

“Fun experience!”

“It was a clean & wonderful place to stay! The host had great communication & the place is pet friendly as well.”

“Fantastic location, I highly recommend!”

“Great location! The private access to the beach and plenty of parking was awesome! Small condo but good for two people. The pull-out coach was not comfortable, according to my daughter.”

“Nice pier and ocean view, good communication prior to trip, easy check-in process, comfortable main bed”

“The place was awesome.”

“I’ve stayed in plenty of homes, and this one has GOT to be my #1!!! 🙌 The location is absolutely perfect! Folly Beach, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Shem Creek are all within about 15 minutes. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the home sits back off the street, which I really loved.. You don’t even have to worry about bringing beach towels or beach chairs because they had those covered too!!! They honestly thought of everything. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, which is……

“This is a super cute apartment in a great area. Lots of great restaurants in close proximity. But also the kitchen is well appointed so you can cook in. We had a great stay.”
