“A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.”

“One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere. Despite Consumer protection laws clearly establishing that accommodations……

“Awful area felt very unsafe Advertised as a two bedroom apartment Was one bed room and an awful sofa bed in the kitchen Tv was smashed Host unhelpful We stayless than 30 minutes amd had to book another hotel Seeking a full refund would not recommend ”

“It's very close to some of the Iron bridge attractions, close to the river Severn, and within fairly easy walking distance to the town centre. The room we had was a family room, so more than big enough for us. There was no air conditioning, but a large ceiling fan kept the room cool . Food in the restaurant was excellent. ”
