"Lovely to be in a hotel that is so efficient but also so colourful and interesting to be in. Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel was situated close to everything without it being in the centre of the city. Happily would stay there again anytime I am in Copenhagen."

"Fabulous spacious 2 level apartment
Big enough rooms and good dining table area in the middle
+ Lovely soft pillows, spacious apartment, big fridge and nice big showers and towels. No keys as electronic door lock. Stylish and simple design.. 1 set of coffee pods.. kitchen just big enough
- not so good was the narrow spiral staircase to go up and down.. the TV wasn't where the open area was..but we didn't really watch the TV so ok. No Aircon but we didn't need it "

"Great stay, great staff. Front desk was always helpful and the room exceeded our expectations. Lots of room, one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen. "

"Really enjoyed the stay, a slight bit of an unusual place but it was very warm and slept well, no main lighting but there are small lights dotted around instead. Shower was hot and good pressure but the floor gets very wet afterwards. No issue however.
The downstairs communal area we used a lot more than we thought we would, a few TVs and seating, good toilets and travel info.
Captain room included a balcony and hair dryer, and a lot more floor space, but I was very happy in the Commodore room.
Staff are lovely and helpful so I would happily stay again.
Would definitely go back again"
"The hotel has a lovely welcoming feel and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. In particular, Boromir at Reception gave us a great first impression of the hotel and helpfully arranged late checkout for us. Our room was comfortable, perfectly clean and had everything we needed, special mention for the best quality hairdryer I’ve ever found in a hotel! The lobby and bars have cosy, quirky decor and the fire was lovely on a cold and wet day. The location was great, although quiet when we visited (October), near to the legendary Hart bakery as well as other bars, cafes and shops. The city centre and nearest metro station is around a 15 minute walk, with lots to see along the way, including the iconic Nyhavn. Overall a fantastic place to stay in Copenhagen and we will definitely return!"
