"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. "Personnel serviable. Hôtel un peu loin de la ville, il est préférable d’avoir une voiture. Malheureusement le gym n’était pas accessible et un bruit était constant dans la chambre comme si de l’eau coulait continuellement, difficile de dormir avec ce bruit même si le lit était confortable."

"Lovely hotel, slightly odd location in a very industrial area, but you don’t notice once you are there. Fabulous pool and wellness area. Superb breakfast. The room was small and accessed through the restaurant. (Not ideal with a dog. ) Very small room for the money. The staff operated on a need to know basis, rather than offering help."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable as was a large outdoor terrace. On the negative side: The door lock was a dead bolt key lock that was slightly inconvenient. We could catch the smell of cigarette smoke from outside our open windows on the 2nd floor. I don't think there is an elevator. I don't think there are parking spots for every room."

"A very enjoyable 4 days stay particularly as I was able to acquire a portable A/C unit from the very helpful reception staff - I arrived in 38C!! Located within walking distance of everything in beautiful Angers but very quiet as it’s in the University zone. There’s a supermarket minutes away as are lovely walks along the river to the château. The room itself was pristine and comfortable. Ticked all my boxes and hope to return again next year."
