I extended my stay, so this is my 2nd feedback. For the price, you get fairly good accomodation. my room, the door to shower look like it would fall inn, anytime. the sink had leak in drain pipe, when sinck got filled up for washing. ( i'm sure the management already know abt these maintanace ) if not the staff don't do a good reporting job. all in all for me was not any trouble - but in general the room i was in need som Tender, love and care.

Based on other reviews, our expectations were much higher. Located in a commercial building with a sign about the size of any other business, the hotel itself was a bit hard to find for both us and the cab driver. Also despite our booking being based on double occupancy, there was only one set of towels, one glass and 3 hangers in the room. Front desk strongly encouraged us to dine at their restaurant on the second floor which we can understand but the atmosphere was depressing. Thankfully there was a restaurant next door which was a bit livelier. Doors under cabinet sink in bathroom didn’t close - made it seem more worn than it needed to be. Shower pressure was excellent though and the staff were all great and kind. Check out was super easy. We did not stay the night as we had an early morning flight so considering that we used it as a place to get sorted before getting on an international flight home, it was fine.

Good value and generally kind and good service. Breakfast was decent with some day-to-day variety. Room was in fair (not excellent) condition when we arrived; but they eventually fixed all major problems. Excellent A/C and no bugs. One watch out was Expedia claimed rooms had safes; but our room did not. Their solution (which they did immediately on request) was to bring in a safe from elsewhere. They were not persuaded by the concern that safes should be bolted to the wall from the inside. Besides that, I would rate this hotel as very secure; front entrance is staffed all night and it’s in a larger building that is also guarded.

Winning location

The best part of this hotel is it's location, but also one of the downsides. For a business trip it is well located, it also works relatively well for night life as it is not to far from the entertainment. However it's has been constructed on the roadside of a major highway, so it can get noisy. The premises only operated a cash bar which isn't great if you are used to signing the bill and paying it all on check out. Unfortunately, you can tell the contractor cut corners during construction as key elements such as the lift, showers are already faulty, considering the hotel opened not more that 3 months before. The general attention to detail is lacking. But if you don't care for such details, it works.

Hôtel étape en ville à côté du musée pour découvrir l habitat de la jungle ; toujours intéressant avant de partir en safari le lendemain. Chambre supérieure convenable ; attention moustiques. Restaurant correct et à prix correct .
