“The hotel was beautiful with access to a stunning beach and views. Sunbeds were enough.The rooms were more than comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was varied, plentiful and delicious. The pools were awesome, all four being a standard 1.2m deep. The activities and entertainment was fun and exciting. Wifi was great! “Hôtel magnifique, autant niveau décoration que la qualité des infrastructures (piscines, restaurants…), la plage etc. Les chambres standards sont relativement spacieuses. Le personnel est très sympa mais parfois un peu lent dans le service. Le kids club n’est pas vraiment opérationnel, c’est dommage. ”

“Our inbound transportation wasn’t there due to misunderstanding on the hotel part even though we had called and exchanged few emails but they found a quick solution for us and it went very smoothly. “Everything about this property was exceptional but there is only one thing that needs improvement. The Check-in process. This resort can be booked using different booking agencies such as Expedia. At the check-in counter, we had three different check-ins going on but hotel was not able to locate the check-in easily. They had to make multiple phone calls to find their booking.
