「I took my two Boys at the end of July and we flew directly to the Island of Zanzibar from Dubai . 「The hotel was lovely, staff were always very friendly with a smile. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Food was excellent, with a good choice of vegetarian food at the main buffet. It was a shame the pool bar food lacked vegetarian selection as did the Al a carte restaurants. Pool staff and entertainment team were great, there was no pressure to join activities if you didn’t want to. Thoroughly enjoyed our time.」

「Stayed one night after a late night arrival to the airport before moving on to a resort hotel. I made arrangements with the hotel to be picked up at the airport. I confirmed the pick up on the day before and the day of my arrival. Yet, when I arrived I saw signs for many people but none with my name. After waiting 15-20 minutes I took a cab. The hotel then had the temerity to tell me that the driver was there and had waited 20 minutes. No! I paid in advance for breakfast. It was underwhelming....

「It’s a beautiful property but a lot can be done to improve it .. The food wasn’t very ideal for everyone , can you plz get a chef that can make regular buffet for foreigners please . The WiFi kept going on and off it’s frustrating if you’re in a foreign country . Other than that it’s a beautiful property , great staff just needs to be updated the furniture isn’t stable , the food is not good at all . 「The reviews on this place did not serve it justice! I was blown away at the amenities that were not mentioned. When you arrive you are greeted with a welcome drink and cleansing towel. There is a restaurant on site and you basically get a concierge that you can message whenever you need something.
