With a newly renovated garage that now boasts a sectional, large screen TV and a large dining table that is ideal for larger groups, men wanting to catch the football game or kids playing video games. + You are inside the Mt Nebo State Park so you will have to go down the mountain to get to a grocery store
+ This is an Arkansas dry county- bring your alcohol
+ Mt petit Jean and Mt Magazine are a short drive and offer a great additional exploration of State Parks
+ Dardanelle (city) is located at the bottom of the mountain, and Russellville is just past Dardanelle.
+Dardanelle is a 15-minute drive, and Russellville is a 22 min drive.

We strive to give you the best experience available. Mt Nebo State Park is gorgeous and has absolutely stunning views from multiple places on the mountain, including our decks. We have been inside the Mt Nebo State Park for years ( You will see our original house called the "Cornwell House" at the entry to our private drive). We are here to answer any questions you may have and we are always happy to help. The drive up the mountain is a switchback and can be a little daunting if you are not familiar with a switchback, but all of our kids have driven it, so it's easier than it looks at first glance. We strive to make your visit to Mt Nebo State Park and Sunrise Mountain Haven enjoyable and filled with memories to last a lifetime.
