We loved the property. It was an amazing time. Game room was a big hit and we all loved the tub and shower. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very nice and clean when we arrived with plenty of amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. We would all love to stay again.

Grand kid’s Birthday get away

Game room was great for entertaining grandkids. Fenced in yard made it easy for adults to enjoy themselves without worrying about the kiddos. Copper bathtub was wonderful.

Nice spot

The pictures are a bit misleading when it comes to where the property might be located. It is close to Mt Nebo state park but I was hoping/ thinking it might be closer. The accommodations were excellent though. Certainly a nice comfortable place to stay. The outside patio area with fireplace was very peaceful.

Absolutely Perfect

The home, the location, and the property manager were all perfect. Simple check in and out process. The house is spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The game barn was a blast and added the perfect touch for our teenage kids. Thank you for an awesome Christmas stay.

My high school class of 1961 met on Mt Nebo for a Weekend reunion. Needing lodging to attend I booked this cute little house. My daughter joined me for a quiet retreat and it was perfect for us both.

Excellent location for Dardanelle or Mt. Nebo or the Dardanelle State Park. Very peaceful and quiet. We sat on the front porch and watched all three cars go by. Two of them waved at us. Very spacious kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were good sized and well furnished. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Nebo’s Foot

Our group consisted of me, my husband, sister in law , her boyfriend and our niece and her husband. We had an incredible time enjoying the house and several of the parks in the area. We all enjoyed hanging out, relaxing, recharging and spending quality time together. We will definitely be back

Some really old friends and I planned a get together here for a weekend. It was very beautiful there and in a quiet neighborhood. We felt at home and was able to relax. I was able to contact the property manager easily with any questions and the response time was quick. I would definitely book to stay here again.

We were in the area for a short stay due to a wedding. The property met our expectations. There was only two of us but it could have accomdated easily 10 with the 6 single bunk beds in the bunk room. Although we did not use the game barn, it has a large amount of potential as they continue to make upgrades. There is plenty of stuff in the game barn for children and adults alike.
