It was perfect for my purposes, hosting a group of golfing buddies. I live locally and am glad to have an.affordavle property witj enoigh space for a large group”

“Seabreeze Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The walk to the beach was easy, and we loved being able to come back to the house for lunch and breaks throughout the day. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for our family of four.The king suite was comfortable, and having separate bathrooms for both bedrooms was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed riding bikes around the island and visiting nearby restaurants and the pier area. Communication……

“This is a very nice property in an excellent location. The house is exactly as described, and was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. The location is 5 min walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops, as well as a few more minutes to the pier area.We would certainly stay here again if we return to the area.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and nicely put together — and while we never all gathered in the living room to watch TV or visit, it had that easy, welcoming feel that makes you think you could. The kitchen looks out onto the patio and pool, which turned out to be one of my favorite design details: you could be inside prepping lunch and still feel connected to everyone splashing around out there.The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet — no complaints from anyone on the sleep……

“The house was decorated beautifully with a lot of space and a beautiful view. However, the refrigerator had mold all in it so we needed to buy water to drink. And the Internet and cable didn’t work for our entire stay. The host said she tried to fix it. And when it didn’t work for the entirety of our stay she offered to give us a credit back, but she never did. The home itself smelled a little musty, but nothing unlivable.”

“Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that……
