"This was the surprise of the century. After a long day of exploring and riding over 300 miles on my motorcycle on and off road I arrived and found a very clean and comfortable mini cabin. Plenty of space to relax. Kitchen had all I needed. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend this spot and the next time I am in the area I will be staying here. Great location and easy to get to the local restaurant and bars. "

"We only stayed for a brief overnight on our way south, but this is a lovely traditional style motel with a nice pool, restaurant across the road for breakfast and lunch, and on the river in this little fishing town. Our room was spacious with a sitting room with sofa, TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker; a bathroom and a nice bedroom. As we were arriving a little late the office called us with instructions how to access our room. Will happily stay again!"

"We are from Perry and always come and stay somewhere at the beach for Thanksgiving. This place had everything I needed to cook and was really lacking none. I forgot my cheese grader and was freaking out and when we got to the house she had 2. The house was actually very spacious too. Plan to stay again for scalloping season!"

"Since it was the off season, it was so quiet. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures in the listing are acurate. We rode our golf carts around town. Plenty of parking for 2 trucks, 2 small trailers and 2 golf carts in our designated spot. View from the pool was great too. Its right on the water."

"Excellent and convenient location. Although it’s a duplex, you have so much privacy. We saw our neighbors arrive, but never heard them while inside or out. Tons of amenities inside the place, clean and nicely decorated. Only thing I would have preferred would be a king size bed in the master bedroom, but that is just my personal preference! I knew there wasn’t one prior to renting and I would stay there again!!"
