Warm welcome from friendly hosts. Well located cottage for travel to Dartmouth, beaches and other tourist attractions. The cottage itself is clean, tidy, well furnished and provides the basic necessities for a relaxing vacation. The secluded private garden is a pleasure to sit in and just chill. All in all we had a pleasureable experience.

Mary and Graham were incredible accommodating. Arrival was very easy, the property is beautiful and full of character.The grounds absolutely stunning. Whilst on the owner's land it felt very private. Would highly recommend it!

A lovely cottage in a nice location. Friendly helpful owners on site. Well placed for touring the South Hams area. Easy access to the SW Coastal Path and the Dartmouth Ferries to get to and from the Torbay area. Plenty of interesting NT properties to visit and also a choice of heritage steam railways and a good local pub. Plenty of other attractions to visit to meet all tastes.

Mary and Graham could not have been more welcoming. Containing everything needed for a relaxing break, the cottage was cosy and finished to a high standard. Located just outside Dartmouth, it’s perfectly peaceful whilst still within easy reach of the local attractions. We’re already planning our next visit.

The property is away from the main road down a country lane but only about 10 mins drive to Dartmouth. Graham & Mary are absolutely lovely and always on hand if you need anything. The cottage/Barn is very cosy, well fitted out and we really enjoyed our stay.
