"Great location and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and restaurant food on an evening. Best shower I've had in a hotel. Unfortunately, the pool area was being upgraded during my stay (of which I was aware), but I was given a free voucher for entry to the wave lagoon as an alternative."

"The staff were really attentive and lovely. The renovations to the rooms are really tasteful and nice. Comfy beds, good set up etc. and yes the lagoon pool in particular was everything I was dreaming of. It would be nice if the swim up bar in the pool stayed open a little later and we were hoping ..."

"Property well presented and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Air con & ceiling fan were excellent Minor gripes..TV remote was hopeless. Kitchen sink tap was installed badly with water control lever in wrong place making difficult to use. Otherwise a great few days"
