Great spot near the uncrowded beach. Only issue was the gate code. Home included everything needed to include kitchen utensils, etc. Both family and pets had a great time.

Amazing view!

The view from this home is gorgeous and the best part. The beach access is a short walk away. Because the bird sanctuary borders the property, there were very few beach goers so it was so peaceful. There is a hose before entering the home to minimize bringing in sand. We enjoyed the bedroom on opposite ends of the house with a bathroom on each side. Our favorite spot was sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We were enjoying our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night!

Relaxing!

We spent 3 days relaxing on the porch and spending time together! The beach view is perfect! Access to the beach was easy! The neighborhood is so quiet! The house was clean, and the response to a text was immediate! The only recommendation is to put some hangers in the closets. There are no dressers in 3 of the rooms, so our clothes had to stay in our bags. But we love the island vibe, so we'll be back!

Family trip

We had a nice stay. Beach is beautiful and has been expanded from what the pictures in the listing show (as of March 2025. Google maps and Apple maps were not yet showing it either) Beach access is still just a short walk away. There is a dune now too but there is an access bosrdwalk. Very convenient. Property is showing some signs of wear, but nothing that would stop us from returning.

Absolutely perfect spot! So happy, the ferry is super close and a fun Lil ride to the tourist area. Super private gated area, low populated beach. Super safe my 14 year was safe to ride our electric scooter. People rent golf carts Super nice friendly low key area. We loved the house super spacious and large rooms. No need to bring shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they provide plenty. The beach access is very close just a few houses down. Un-obstructed views of the ocean! Hose off area before re-entering home on deck. Will definitely re-book, also didnt feel like we were being watched like other places. It truly felt like we were on an island.

Amazing view!

The view from this home is gorgeous and the best part. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was almost empty. We enjoyed walking the beach, and due to the bird sanctuary bordering the community, there weren’t many beach goers nearby. It was so peaceful and lovely. It is a very short walk to the beach access. We enjoyed the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the house with a bathroom on each side. There is a hose before going into the home so you can minimize bringing in the sand. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our favorite spot was sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We were having such a great time we extended our stay for an extra night. We would definitely stay here again.
