The hallways were never vacuumed. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. The doors to the master bath wouldn’t close. The toilet in the second bath wouldn’t flush. No hand soap in the bathrooms. Vacation Village Orlando, Celebration
Wonderful property! Only complaint is there was no soap or shampoo/body wash in the bathroom anywhere! Had to wash hands with dish soap found under the sink. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to go to the lobby and asked. Tried calling once but was on hold forever.
