Excellent house

We had the best time in this beautiful home where we celebrated my great grandson birthday There was enough room for everyone to spread out. They enjoyed having the pool so they could swim whenever they wanted along with the spa. My great grandson loved showing off his swimming skills. We plan on renting from you again soon. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home for our vacation.

2025 Golf trip

Property was very clean and met our group expectations. Would rent again. There was a problem with pool heat, but after calling mgr problem was solved promptly.

Huge, wonderful home!

We have stayed in Watersong before, and we have yet to be disappointed! This house was big, very clean, the pool (we opted to add heat) was AMAZING! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was huge! United Vacation Homes was great to work with. The security guards at the front gate were super kind and helpful, and even the neighbors were great! We definitely recommend this home!

Watersong Rental

It is located within a short driving distance of golfing or Disney. Traffic will play a role in transportation times. The property was clean and maintained. The checkin process was simple and straight forward. I would stay here again without hesitation

Adult get away

The house was itself was perfect, nice outdoor space pool and hot tub were clean had a lot of fun in, location was great very quiet very relaxing, kitchen living room sitting arias were very nice lots of room for the 10 of us the coffee maker didn’t work no big deal we went to Publix bought one hope the next guest can enjoy it, frying pans were honestly garage should be replaced the beds were absolutely awful mattresses should be replaced but over all we really enjoyed would go if the mattresses were replaced there are to many places to choose from to sleep on worn mattresses like those.

Orlando Wedding and parks holiday

Absolutely fantastic property. Everything you needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Beautiful bathrooms with both bath and shower in some rooms. The downstairs living accommodation was huge with an open plan kitchen. The outside area had a lovely pool which was a blessing after long days at the parks. In the garage was a games room with pool table and air hockey. A large round poker table was available too if you fancied a game of cards. 6 adults and one infant had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this property. Will definitely book it again if we ever go to Florida again.

GREAT PLACE!!!

We all agreed that the toilets need to be more the senior ones. Everyone was very nice!! The Security Guard was Awesome!!!!! In my party there was a 95, 84, and 4 of us that were 59 year old. We did have some problems with the hot tub with the water draining out. They came and got it running again, but found out if you stay in it for a long time it likes to drain but did come back up. We enjoyed the property and would stay here again if we need a big house everyone enjoyed the house, pool, and all the room!!!! Communication was awesome!!! I had many people stopping by but no parties, we just did hair and makeup for my son’s wedding!!!

Great house for large group

This is a great house. Very big with a lot of amenities. But there are still a few things they could do better. None of the TVs worked until we had a technician come out (when we weren't home), and he only fixed one of them. The blinds don't work. They have a poker table, but the deck of cards is missing one of the 52 cards. Can't afford a new deck? Be sure to bring everything you need in a kitchen, even down to salt and pepper, because you won't find it here! Another problem is that there is only room for 4 cars. We were a softball team with 14 players. Half in this house and half in the one next door. The excess have to be parked in front of the guardhouse at your own risk.

The house fit five adult men comfortably on the second floor, each with their own bathroom. The host was very responsive from start to finish. The house is kept clean and is conveniently located to stores and restaurants.

I stayed at this property with my friends for a week and we enjoyed our stay! Our favorite part was the pool. I definitely recommend paying the extra for it to be heated if you can. It made it so much better during the nights. The property manager was extremely easy to contact when we needed to add one of the guests to get a gate pass. The house was very clean and the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood is nice and it’s not a bad drive to the theme parks. I would definitely stay here again!

Dream come true

Was nervous at first, because this day and age is not good, scams everywhere! I loved the look and vibe of the home and felt it would be great for my trip with my kids and grand kids that meant so much to me, well so glad I did, beautiful from the gates on in...everything was perfect and clean, roomy and accomadationg! Great team with great communication. Was over the moon with my selection, had a blast, definitely recommend, absolutely dream come true!!!

Hospitality at its finest

We are so grateful that this house had all of the amenities our family needed. We chose to stay outside of the beaten path to enjoy our family time and it was a wonderful choice. Close to Publix, Dunkin, and all we needed when we needed it.

Nice spot liked the gated community.

Place was as listed, just a couple of items needed taken care card table chairs were broken, well used I imagine, The floor around the family room couch area, could use a good scrubbing, There was no barbq They do nee to restock their glasses, but we would book this location again as it was central to everywhere and had the space for 3 couples to stay The owner/management was very quick to respond to any questions and help out.

great bang for your buck

The house was a great rental. Extremely spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Checking in had a small delay as we weren't on the list at the guard shack, but after calling the rental company it was fixed in about 10 minutes. the day after we arrived I got a text from the rental co. asking if we needed anything. I told them the toaster didn't work but it wasn't life and death but if they wanted to get us a new one they could (didn't) that was the only 2 complaints ( super minor) I would definately 100% stay here again.
