Beautiful Spacious Vacation Home

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The home is exactly as advertised. The home is very spacious. Great pool area! We had no issues during check in. Stephen was great with communication prior to our vacation and during our vacation. Will definitely rent this home again on our next vacation.

Spacious, comfortable villa

We had a very enjoyable week at this spacious, quiet and comfortable villa. We particularly appreciated the peacefulness and beauty of its setting and enjoyed spending time in the delightful pool and the hot tub. The location was convenient for Disney parks and for local restaurants - we would particularly recommend Ovation Bistro, which is a short drive away. The home is very nice and is just as described in the listing and pictures. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean. Check in process was very easy. We did have a problem when we arrived with the pool heat, but the management company and the owner were very fast to respond and had it fixed right away. We had a great vacation and this home was perfect for us!

Holiday Vacation

We had an amazing time at the Villa. Checking in was easy and the directions were clear. The staff at the front gate of the community were so friendly. The villa was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were a great temperature for our December visit (although thanks for mother nature – the air temperature was too cold to use it most days). Everything was clean and functional. We stayed there for Christmas and had a great day with family. Thank you again and we look forward to staying again.

Very quiet resort

We were 2 couples staying at the villa for a week. Property was exactly as indicated in photos. Very clean. Pool was perfect size. Home was close to Walmart and Publix for our groceries. A short drive to Disney. Our hosts Stephen and Carmilla were very quick in responding to questions we had. Overall a wonderful experience.

Perfect spot in Ridgewood Lakes!

Had a wonderful stay here with family. Great location, on the 4th hole of the community golf course White Heron. Easy drive to everything - groceries, Disney, Kissimee, Lego land, gator land etc. House was immaculate. Exactly as described, very clean and lots of room for two families. It's a really nice place to stay. My only little problem is that it seems they reuse the same blanket and it has a few stains and rips. The pool is cleaned way before you get there so then there is a thousand little bugs floating around in it. The cleaners do not clean thoroughly. A baby lizard ran in the house and went under the couch. When I moved the couch there were napkins and a baby spoon . Also the cupboard above the stove hand sticky fingers smudges on it. I cleaned those few things myself though and enjoyed my stay. I'd still go again

Perfect home with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The property is itself beautiful and set in a beautiful location. Upon arrival the exterior view of the house was immaculate, as was it when we stepped inside. The space is enormous - we travelled with 5 adults, 1 teen and 1 baby, it accommodated us all very comfortably with room to spare. The layout provides a lovely family feeling and gets everyone together without feeling overcrowded. The pool area was stunning and the safety net was so useful for the baby. The house was close to all amenities - supermarkets, local hospitals, food places etc and was about an hour drive to the parks (not many miles but the I4 is very busy). The owners were fantastic to deal with, they emailed me back within a couple of hour max every time I emailed with a question/query. Our only regret is that we didn't get enough time to spend in the villa due to our busy itinerary, however we did put a couple of days aside to just enjoy the peace and luxury of the house. The only negative I have is the games room - the pool table had seen better days and the table tennis was broken, however this did not affect us and really would not of mattered if it wasn't even there. I would not hesitate to book this property again if we should ever go to Orlando again, I would recommend this property to my friends and family in a heartbeat and to anyone else out there looking for a fabulous place to stay. Book it, you'll love it - enjoy!!!

Perfect Place for a Family

The previous review, which was written just before we arrived is spot on, down to the family of herons that walked by each day. We could not have been more happy with our stay. The villa is located in a beautiful gold course community, with a beautiful view of the course and walking distance to the tennis and pickle ball courts (with equipment at the villa to play). The pool and hot tub are a huge highlight amd we agree paying to heat the pool was WELL worth it (at least during the shoulder seasons for spring and fall). The pool is big, the hot tub gets toasty within 20 minutes of being turned on, and there is a waterfall from the hot tub to the pool. Bring floats — we spent hours floating and reading in the pool. There is a large deck area with plenty of room to sit out in the sun and under the covered lanai when the sun is too much, Perhaps the best feature of all is the large screen covering everything which means no bugs whether day or night while sitting on the deck. The inside of the house is spacious, with a large open floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. One bedroom has its own bathroom in addition to the master, so it would be a great spot for a trip with grandparents — while still having another part of the house with 2 bedrooms with twin beds (up to 4 kids). The two twin room have their own bathroom that opens directory onto the pool deck (so no dripping suits going through the house). There is also a large game room in the garaage that the kids really enjoyed. Between the pool, game room, and plenty of TV’s throughout the house, the kids never got bored while we spent lots of time by the pool. The hosts are very responsive and clearly take great pride in their home and are quick to address any issues that arise. We had a lovely and relaxing time at this villa and will look for opportunities to return!

A fabulous two weeks!

We had a wonderful two weeks stay in this beautiful villa. The location is great with shops and supermarkets close by and despite lots of road works around Disney it took us about half an hour to drive to the parks - maybe a bit longer during rush hour so plan your trips. The actual position of the villa is superb - in a very quiet development and the area is beautifully maintained. The rear view aspect onto the golf course was beautiful and peaceful and the pool area had sun from about 9am right through the day. The villa is very well equipped and everything is in excellent condition. Plenty of towels and masses of crockery etc. TVs in every bedroom as well. We did not feel we needed for anything. The master suite is huge and whilst the other bedrooms are considerably smaller, to be honest we had such a busy fortnight that we only just retired to the bedrooms to sleep at night and they were perfectly adequate for a party of adults. Three bathrooms were useful and the open plan kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for a family holiday. The large lanai area with table and chairs was perfect for breakfast or a casual evening meal. We had a little hiccup with the electronic door code when we arrived but one call to the management company sorted it out and we gained entry after only a 15-20 minute wait, so this was only a very minor inconvenience. It is useful to have their number in your phone when you arrive, just in case though! They seemed helpful and efficient although thankfully we did not have much cause to contact them. However, by far the best thing about renting this villa was the superb communication with the owners Stephen and Carmella. They could not have been more helpful and this made the whole process so much easier and we traveled to Florida with total peace of mind. I cannot commend this villa more highly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great value in quiet neighborhood!

Ridgewood Lakes is a beautiful development. The home was a perfect getaway in a great location along the golf course. Shopping and restaurants were close by. The house was very clean and well equipped with plenty of room. The hosts Stephen and Carmella were so helpful with info about the nearby attractions including Disney and Legoland. The pool area was tremendous with covered outdoor dining area. We would definitely stay again!

A true dream of a vacation!

I had such a positive experience with our recent rental here. Stephen and Carmella, the owners, communicated with us throughout the time preceding our rental and even sent us information on the best restaurants near the home and recent changes at Disney so we would know what to expect. Upon our arrival to the home, our first impression was how clean and well maintained the home was. It was just as spacious as described on the website and easily accommodated my husband and myself, our two adult daughters and my elderly mother in law. The location made getting to Disney a short 20-30 minute drive but also was only 5 minutes away from a hospital, pharmacies, grocery store and restaurants. Absolutely perfect for convenience all while being in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The subdivision was simply gorgeous and the neighbors were all so friendly! Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the management team in a professional and courteous manner. Honestly, this entire experience was a dream! We will most assuredly be staying here again next time we visit Orlando!
