    Marbella is a gated development located in the Davenport area of Central Florida, in Polk County. Your drive to Disney is approximately 20 minutes and to most of the attractions that Orlando has to offer. With exceptionally easy access to both the I-4 and the 192 you can reach many of the beaches Florida area has to offer with Busch Gardens & Tampa just over an hour way. Family vacation

The property was lovely, just ask pictured. Traveled with my husband, 3 kids and my dad. Half hour drive to Disney and 40 minutes to universal studios from the property. It was nice to have a quiet and safe place to rest and relax. The kids loved the private pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay and big enough for a family. Great location right in between the beaches and the main attractions in Orlando. We would definitely stay here again. Minutes from the supermarket Walmart and a hospital in the event of an emergency.

Very clean. Nice size pool. Really appreciate the railing for the hot tub. It makes it nice for those of us with mobility issues. The house is also very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. I would love to rent this houseagain next year.
