Manager said that it was because the person from third didn’t put it on some group text, but it was still the fact that she literally watched me go in and out with an Uber, and break into my car, only to have had my car keys in her possession! I am due points or stays, but manager just made excuses"

"Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. "
