「This is my 2nd time booking a place thru Vrbo. I have to say Kim is the best host. My family of 9 drove from NJ/NY to Florida. She not only contacted me in advance but also made sure we were able to get into the house. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so comfy especially after driving 20hrs. It was quiet and peaceful. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Definitely booking again when we come down next time. ❤️🌹」

「This is a whimsical and airy home with tons of room for a large family to play together or have their own space. The large screened patio with private pool and hottub were a great retreat between busy Disney days. It’s also just a short walk down the street to the community rec center which has an exceptional resort-quality pool and amenities. The parks are an easy drive or Uber. We loved the huge dining table, dual dishwashers, and dial refrigerators allowing for our family to cook and eat...

「We were very impressed right from the first moment we walked in. The place was very nice. We did have issues with one of the tvs and internet, but they helped us get these issues addressed quickly. We stayed for 8 days and found this location to be very comfortable. The pool areas were kept clean and nicely maintained. Easy in and out even though it is a gated community. Everything you would need for dining shopping or gas are all very close and even some within walking distance. The only bummer...

「The size of the property is great there are plenty of rooms. I love the Kitchen and Tracy was awesome to work with. The floors could have been mopped before we checked in since it did not seem that they had been. The bathroom in Room 1 was not clean well at all as he toilet brush and bowel was dirty and should be thrown away. The light in the shower has a short and therefore, did not work properly. The entire house needs to be aired out as there was a smell of oldness/closedup when we checked...

「Home and pool were very clean. We appreciated having a full working kitchen. The pool was perfect for morning floats. It was a bit further to Disney than anticipated, but that was partially due to traffic. Overall nice stay to be close to attractions but far enough away to want to hang out in the pool.」

「The property was clean and comfortable, we did not get the entry code until we were sitting in the driveway in the rain trying to contact someone for the info. The person I spoke to was kind and apologetic . There were missing screens on the pool enclosure, overall the stay was good」

「House was beautiful and everything needed for a good stay. Property was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Be advised though that traffic getting to and from Orlando is absolutely terrible. An hour to an hour and a half just for a 19 mile drive and it didn't seem to matter the time of day. I realize owners have no control over that. Communication was a little sketchy but overall a great home and good stay.」
