“We had an excellent stay! The home was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our large family. With five bedrooms, ten beds, and four bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable.One of our favorite features was the huge open-concept main living area. From the moment you walk in, the entry, living room, family room, kitchen, dining area, and game room all flow together beautifully, making it easy for everyone to spend time together without feeling crowded.The……

“Despite receiving emails for no smoking of any kind in the unit, upon check in there was an overwhelming scent of cigarettes and some sort of chemical agent to try and mask the scent. The combination gave my girlfriend and I headaches. We had to abandon the unit within a couple of hours and find accommodations elsewhere last minute. The unit was also not clean. There were layers of dust on various items and furniture, stains on some furniture, and there were ants all over the kitchen counter. ……

“When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday. Fortunately, DJ saved the day. He was super communicative and flexible about timing, and got the hosue ready for us on very short notice. The house itself was lavish and comfortable. We had a great time cooking dinner and sitting poolside. Our only note would be that its clear that usually catering staff that……
