Clean and Great Location!

Duplex type situation located on a small Lake. Close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. So happy they provided bath soap as we forgot ours! The owner could benefit by advertising how clean he keeps the unit! I am a real estate broker in Florida and have short term rentals too. I would recommend this unit all day long! Good Job Owner!

Location was convenient to most all activities we made. We truly enjoyed our time with family. Our setting outside, enjoying the lake and feeding the ducks will have lasting memories. Communication was easy and they were quick to reply to messages or answer the phone.However we would not likely to stay here in the future, as the place was not equipped to accommodate. We had 4 adults staying for a full 7 days. Supplies needed for the stay were minimum or insufficient. The kitchen is not equipped to prepare or enjoy meals. (Things such as only 3 forks or glasses, minimum pots and pans or utensils for cooking. Only 3 kitchen chairs, etc)The furniture is very uncomfortable and rather cheap. We pulled out the sofa bed in efforts to relax and allow my mother in laws swollen feet rest and it broke upon us sitting on it. (We did make the condo aware when it happened). One of the three kitchen chairs had a slit, which made it unusable. We actually brought in the lawn chairs from the patio, as they were more comfortable. The glass coffee table was missing several screws which makes it very unstable. We did make them aware, so repairs could be made prior to others stay as its unsafe. In there defense, we didn't report the lack of supplies or kitchen items until later. This was do to assuming they wouldn't replace or provide additional dishes, utensils, or furniture. If your plans are not to spend lots of time in the condo, it may be sufficient for your stay.
