“We were upgraded to an “apartment “ which had a full kitchen, living room & laundry. It was a really nice room. We were in Chatham for a family event so didn’t need the facilities although the fridge was convenient. It would be a perfect place for someone staying long term. We have stayed here before and have enjoyed the character of the themed rooms.”

“Second time with my family and my dog. Amazing place. Everything is new and the staff is very nice. The gym is brand new, the room is very comfortable and the pool is warm and big enough. Can’t wait to visit again!”

“Nobody there , owner was at the Mosk , reach him at 10h30 , answer ; I'll be there in 2 minutes ...13 minutes later he arrives after sending somebody to double check enter the room at 11h pm 88 degres inside , bed very uncomfortable . Didn't sleep much and left the motel at 6ham . Worst experience ever would ask for full refund. Lost of money clearly.”

“Large rooms, well appointed. Perfect for a night, weekend or an extended stay. Breakfast was from a menu and the food was excellent and plentiful. 1 hot drink, 1 cold drink and a full breakfast were included. Staff was very friendly and there were 3 people working check-in to make sure you were looked after in a timely manner”

“No tv in the room”

“I was there because I was doing some work in the area on behalf of the government. I chose this motel because it allowed dogs, as I had no-one to look after him for me, as well , a motel is easy to let the dog out to do their business. I was surprised that they charge $25/night extra if you have a dog. I don`t recall seeing that in the ad. The other issue was that the air conditioner did not work properly during the hottest days of the summer....I literally had to open the room door to get some……

“The room did not have a microwave, which I consider a basic amenity. When I asked about it, I was told that I could bring my food to the front desk to have it heated. Nowadays, even many motels provide microwaves in guest rooms. At the very least, a microwave should be available in every room for the convenience.”

“This is our 2nd time stayed to this hotel in sarnia. Staff are very helpful especially Sheryl. The breakfast is amazing lots of variety to choose from. The room was absolutely clean. Parking is very accessible. Nice quiet place to enjoy and relax. We will definitely going back there again”
