Welcome to the Estate House! Come visit us at one of the original homes on this historic property. Surrounded with vines, this house is perfect for small families and friend’s getaway weekend. Enjoy the peaceful evenings and beautiful sunsets looking over rolling hills. Dogs are welcome for a $50 pet cleaning fee per night.

This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, anda spacious living room perfect for a game of chess or puzzles. Estate house also features a spacious kitchen and dining room. Located close to Carlton, Dayton and McMinnville this is a great location to explore some of these charming downtown areas.

If you prefer a quieter setting for local activities. and visiting tasting rooms without the summer crowds, winter at Estate House is the perfect escape. We look forward to hosting you at this relaxing home that offers the best of wine country.

This was a beautiful house to stay and amazing views of the sunrise which included some hot air balloons in the distance. The rooms where larger then expected and perfect to get dressed for a wedding with no crowding.
