Absolutely No Smoking, No Pets. (Strictly enforced with substantial penalty if violated) Must be 21 to check in. This is a cashless resort. A major credit card is required at check in, to be charged an initial $100 pre-authorized fee for charges incurred during the stay and security deposit. Balance will be credited back to card after departure. Buyer responsible for taxes which are collected by resort.

One of the nicer condo’s you will find at this price level. Owner was very commutative and told us to use it as our own. Unit has been professionally remodeled recently . Beds were awesome , even the pull out sofa . TV’s in every room, nice common areas and fresh coffee served every morning in the lobby if you don’t want to make it in your room. Secure unground parking and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions.
