Its ok, location is great

We believe that the owner can implement some simple, cost-effective upgrades to enhance the property. Such as new mattresses, TVs, patio chairs the current ones are falling apart. The pull-out sofa is the most uncomfortable thing we have ever experienced. My sister, who lives in Orlando, decided to go home for the night so she could sleep after the first night... The bed in the front room with the dishwasher was that uncomfortable, and it was a full-size not a queen. Hard for two adults to sleep in. The pool is great, but you can see it needs renovation. Overall all we had a nice time and had what we needed. For the price, we expected it to be a bit more kept.

Great Condo- as listed

Condo was just as listed with plenty of room for a bigger group. Great amenities and beach access. Never more than a 10 minute walk to anything. Only had to drive once the entire week to get groceries.

The property is in a great location and the beach is one of the best on the East Coast and Parking gets a pass The Unit was very tired. The owners were great at getting back to me and fixing the problems

Beach Weekend Getaway

We had a great time at Joe and Mandy’s place. My only complaints were that the floor felt a little dirty, the TVs initially weren’t working and the fridge was leaking BUT Joe got back to me so quickly and they immediately sent maintenance to help. The view was amazing, we got to watch fire works from our balcony. We got to check in early and the process was easy. It was the perfect getaway!

We stayed at Joe and Mandi’s 3bdrm condo for 4 nights. The AC in the left unit never worked properly and read 80 degrees even though is was set to 70. This was my first time booking with vrbo so I wasn’t sure how to reach the owners however, front desk staff made it clear that they couldn’t resolve any issues. The property wasn’t 5 star as indicated in the listing as the patio furniture continuously unhinged and being on the 12th floor this made me very uncomfortable. The unit itself was not cleaned very well at all. The high touch areas which was supposed to be white was very dirty and my cloth turned dark after wiping everything down. I asked Joe and Mandi to ensure the unit was clean due to me having my in-laws accompany me on this trip. I was embarrassed when the shower and bathrooms needed a scrounge pad to clean the filth from prior renter. Needless to say this wasn’t a good first experience with vrbo, in the future I will pay the extra cost and go to a hotel where someone can correct the situation.

Spring break getaway

We truly enjoyed the property! Great view of the beach and pool. The only thing I would like to recommend is that the sofa mattress be replaced. We had our littles sleeping on it and it’s old and very worn. It was really difficult to sleep on.

Amazing place to stay

We had a great time on our family vacation. The view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony in the mornings. The rooms were in good condition and the linens were clean. The appliances worked well too. We loved the amenities in the building. The pools and facilies were clean. The location was convenient, with a Starbucks and restaurant/bar on premises. Lots of shoppes and food nearby.. fun to walk on the Boardwalk and quick access to the beach. On the beach there were umbrella/chair rentals, and food trucks. Would definitely stay again! Thank you to the owners for quick communication everytime I contacted them with questions.

Fall Break

Overall was a good stay despite a few things. Unfortunately the tide was high everyday till about 2 so no beach time till then but can’t control Mother Nature. And on Monday night they turned the water and ac off for the whole building for maintenance. Again nothing you can do about that. And would been nice to have known that the pool with the water slide was not open that was one of the reasons we booked this property. And the hallways from the elevator to units are very hot. Other than that it was a good stay for the price.

Decent but dated Condo on a good property

We came down for a 5 day stay that unfortunately was met with colder weather pulling us to the pools and away from the beach. The heating of the pools was.... insufficient to say the least. The lazy river couldn't have been more than 65 degrees. There was one outdoor pool that may have cracked 72. 1 of the 2 indoor pools was down for repair, then the ceiling developed a leak in the other one so there was no beach and no pools usable sadly. Unforseen circumstances aside, I still find this to be average. The room was very 90s/Las Vegas feel in decor and there was definitely some wear in it. No major issues at all but needs some revamp. I didn't realize from the listing that it was 2 separate units that were joined together so bonus I suppose was a 2nd kitchen/laundry area but one of the 'bedrooms' is also the kitchen. I was deeply disappointed in the neighbors we had as they were hardcore partiers and pot smokers slamming doors and shouting down the hallway well through 4a.m. Front staff was notified and they were quieted down about 30 minutes after that, but wow that was awful.

Great location, lacks cleanliness

The location and area are beautiful. The room is spaciuos with an incredible view and some updates have been made however poorly maintained. It was disheartening when we arrived to the room that we had to wipe down surfaces and high contact areas due to visible dirt. When you look at a white door around the door knob and see build up black dirt where everyone grabs the door to close it just shows me the cleaning service does not throughly clean the room. Living room table and chairs after wiping down had visible dirt on cloth. Light switches and receptacles had visible dirt on them. Washer and dryers were old and noisy. The dryer in unit B didn't dry correctly. The room didn't give us the comfortably feeling that we expect in a place like this. There was an AC problem but the property manger had that taken care of and we had no problems with that. Great location with great access to the pools and the beach.

Lovely location

The location was lovely. The communication with the owners was quick and responsive. Unfortunately the condo itself is quite worn. The sofa is stained. The appliances are broken. It needs refurbishing. The price was reasonable. The room also has a portable crib, which is not listed in the description.

Nice view

Balcony is great. Couch needs to be replaced. Neither ice maker worked, plastic ice trays were cracked. Leak under kitchen sink had a pot catching the drip. Promptly fixed when reported, however the towels used to mop up the floor where left in the sink.. Some minor electrical issues. Still, enjoyed the trip. A nice unit that needs some tlc.
