"Stayed here last August and it was great - the woman who was very helpful (front desk) is no longer there. Front desk now - no comment. Needed attention on property taken quite casually. Housekeeping and general staff - very good, friendly, helpful.. Asked for a repair and we were basically told item could be replaced, but suggested we just live with it (by a maintenance guy). We recommended this place to many people, but will probably not stay here on June trip (we live in Florida, but go here for specialist/medical visits)."
