The whole property was nice. Heated outdoor pool. Everyone we came in contact was very friendly. The actually room we was in the nice. The microwave and toaster didnt work right. The sink in bathroom kept backing up. Kitchen dishes were very minimal. We got charged more than Expedia quoted. I was told Expedia.com was wrong. But we had a great time.

I was able to check in early and I appreciated that. Im pretty sure the listing said sound proof rooms when I booked my stay however that was completely false. My room had tile flooring that would get very slippery because the room collected moisture. It definitely needs a dehumidifier and some none slip rugs. Also every time you turned the bathroom light on the fan would turn on as well that was extremely loud.

Was very convenient location for where our son's team was playing ball at Jackie Robinson Stadium. Liked the beach area that allows for easy walking on. Parking was a bit messy, first night we got back late and there were no spots anywhere, we parked illegally hoping to not get towed.

The property was in a great location. One of the beds made horrible squeaking noises anytime someone moved on it, and neither bed were particularly comfortable. The comforters on both beds were stained which wasn't pleasing. The room was tidy, but not the cleanest. Overall, if you're looking for a beach place close to Daytona, it was nice enough.

The room needed a lot of work. Sliding door was jammed. Toilet didn’t flush half the time. The drain was clogged. There were cockroaches in the hotel as well. We made the best of it. But would not recommend this place.

Stay was mediocre- room a/c does not work -glad it was in the 70’s and raining . Bldg is run down, kitchen does not work, parking is hard to find after dark -full for the most part- area is run down - bed mamut be the most harsh on body springs in back and butt- rough sleeping. Again run down/ mediocre- resort fee ! What a joke - where??? Be real and post clear pics as pics posted are deceiving. Pretty upset with how it is sold to customer. Only plus is it has a balcony which you can sit in comparing to Hilton.

We arrived at 4pm. Someone in our room, staff still cleaning, informed to come back in 20 mins. Came back, still cleaning. Was informed bathtub wouldn't drain. Said no vacancies so couldn't move us. Finally after 15 mins they said "good to go." NOT. NO BATH OR SHOWER FOR 3 PEOPLE IN 3 DAYS! LEAVING WITH TUB FULL OF WATER AS MY GRANDSON TRIED TO TAKE A SHOWER THE FIRST NIGHT. Everything else is perfect, except needs more lights and potholders.

**This is a review for the property management company not this establishment** *Do not them rebook you at Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center if they tell you your unit is “booked”* The Daytona beach resort had none of the amenities I originally booked (ocean front, king bed). The unit we stayed in had a defective AC Unit and bathroom fan and smelled of cleaning products. Door was falling off the hinges and hard ti close. The resort itself is still suffering the impacts of the hurricane in 2022 and had the entire bottom floor closed (one set of elevators, restaurants, bars, gym, pool) which is why I picked the other establishment on Expedia. None of this was communicated when they made this change in our reservation. Not a great experience and was not comparable to the price I paid for the other unit.

It all started with very poor communication. Property is very old. Our unit was very outdated and the worst part, dirty. We stayed for 4 nights, each day we killed at least 2 roaches and some other strange insects. There was a hole at the bottom of the front door that had black tape on it and was coming off. There was an old dried up contact lenses next to the toilet. Only 1 elevator worked for the first 3 days of our stay, and it would stop at random floors without anyone waiting. Half the appliances in the unit did not work. The stove top didn’t work (was never told) had to use a single burner that was stored under the sink. The toaster was missing the latch (useless), the kurig coffee machine had water in it (who knows how old) and didn’t work either. Mattresses were terrible, you could feel every metal spring and there was a lot of dust on the head boards. Very limited parking. Would never stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Very run down rooms. We reserve room 302. From the start, it got worse and worse. Room was not usable. 1. AC not working, power cord disconnected land cover loose like someone is working on it. 2. Back sliding door has no lock and extreme difficult to open and close. You have to be he man or she- ra to get it to open and close. 3 Front door has issue closing and opening. Screw that hold deadbolt are loose and have another to hold on to and get stuck with door opening and closing. 4. Instructions for access room were incorrect. Not for lock box, should have sent info for lock plate. Example type code xxxx, than push oval button. Lock, hold oval button... very disappointed with room condition and unsafe. Left in less than an hour. ZERO customer service when yiu have a problem Only PRO, was neighbors on both side were very nice and helpful. .. zero star. Had to find another hotel

Ne louer pas avec eux. Je suis arrivée là bas à cette adresse et c’était Harbour resort. J’ai appelé le propriétaire du condo et il m’a envoyé à un autre resort. Un trou, la porte ne barrait même pas. Loin d’être beau comme les images, la vue sur le parking. C’était horrible comme endroit.Je suis déménagé du resort après 1 nuit sur un matelas mou. Ça m’a couté deux réservations. Mes vacances ont coûté très cher et c’était décevant. Ça gâche un voyage
