“It was better then I expected clean room and great stagf”

“Stains on the bedsheets the shower wall was discolored half way down. The other air conditioner, shattered not at all what I would expect for quality inn.”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“Several large palmetto bugs in room, despite manager stating it was sprayed that day. No stoppers on any drains. She said "oh well that's FL " The shower was awful, water handle control spun around@ around and couldn't get hot water!! I would not recommend this place.”

“It wasn't anything special. It was convenient for the location I was in and in better condition then others in that area. I am a reward member and stay I. Hilton property often. I was not pleased . My refrigerator in my room was broken, no microwave, the bathroom was half cleaned along with spotty wifi which made watching TV horrible with all the freezing. The ice machine on my floor was also broken and overall the property is dated. The beds weren't bad and I would stay there again if I had……

“We loved our stay at Artisan. You can’t beat the location. A walk away from shops and restaurants. We went for a play at the Athen’s Theatre and we were .3 miles away from it. We walked there and back. You don’t really even need to get in your car unless you want to go somewhere out of downtown. Chica’s Cuban restaurant is right next door and there is also a lounge with live music almost every night. It’s not the quietest location and if you like to go to bed early this might not be the place……

“It was what to expect for a Marriott, excellent. But I have to say, the staff here was exceptionally friendly.”

“No washcloth no hand towel and only two shower dingy looking towels. Mold in the shower!”

“I would give this a zero star if I could, the only positive thing I can think of is the Kind young man at the desk, he kindly helped us to get a refund even after checking in. Hallways are absolutely filthy and crowded with folks hanging out on the floor by their rooms. Elevator filthy, smells were overwhelming and it was loud! When we entered our room, we got hit with an extremely strong smell of MOLD. We couldn’t stay longer than a few minutes, walls has streaks of brown and white, bathrooms……

“The woman at the front desk was friendly but when I went to my room the bed wasn’t made and the drawers weren’t shut properly. It was as if someone had to vacate quickly. I went back downstairs and the woman was not overly apologetic( does this happen often?!?) My new room had a weird smell and the bed was creaky. Overall, not the best stay at close to 200 a night. I was really disappointed in this hotel.”
