“The cottage is so charmingly decorated and communication with the host is excellent. We certainly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to more summer retreats on Skinner Lake.”

“Beautiful view. Upstairs AC units cools entire house. Clean and very organized.”

“Beautiful property. The kitchen area is quite small including the table space. Stove/oven are very small and several pots or pans do not fit on them (even the ones provided). The lack of supplies such as no dishwasher pods was a bit of an inconvenience. The deck space is beautiful. Be cautious of poison ivy around the deck/stairs to and from the lake.”

“We had the best time staying at this house! We got to use the hot tub and go enjoy the lake! Great times we had by all!”

“We had a great time at Cozy Corner! The house was very clean. They thought of everything to have on hand if needed. Cabinets were labeled so everything was easy to find. It was nice there were two tv areas so families can spread out. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the boats go by. Very relaxing. We will definitely book again.”

“Very quiet location. Relaxing deck to sit on. Fire pit and grill were stocked with charcoal and firewood which was appreciated. Pet friendly. Close to a lot of lakes and recreation areas. Communication was great with the host.”

“Super clean house! Stayed before and was in great condition still. Best part is just sitting out on the back deck and watching the swans! Host got back with any questions very quickly, would highly recommend. No internet but helps to create a more family based time while staying.”

“Very cute and clean house on the canal to a lovely lake. The host was great - very communicative and easy to work with. The neighbors were very friendly and even helped us with the boat in a pinch. Highly recommend!”

“This place is cozy and peaceful with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed the area and the state park. Steve was helpful in his communication with us.”

“This property is very small. No TVs worked, no linens included, and unable to lock/secure house when away. Neighbors were unpleasant.”

“We had an amazing time getting away to this little slice of heaven. Christin and Wade are both great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Check in was super easy and if we had any questions they were answered very fast.”

“Such a beautiful stay and the host was amazing!”

“Nice place, be aware that there are lots of steps.”

“Amazing house on an amazing lake.”

“Great property and owners, recommended”
