「The staff was nice and friendly. The pool and the hot tub were relaxing. Our room was clean. Omg, the breakfast buffet was excellent where they make your omelet as requested. We had so much fun and I'm definitely going back.」

「My remote for the tv did not work, I asked them to get one from an empty room and they said they can’t do that because if someone booked it that person wouldn’t have a remote. I said I’m here and I don’t have one??? Like wth?? The fire alarm went off falsely early in the morning long before we were planning to get up!! This place sucks!!」

「Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was nice, had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The staff was great. Breakfast was ok. The room is a little small but had everything we needed. Just wish there was more room for our belongings because the tv took up most of the space on the desk.」

We were given a room that had no air conditioning and when I told them they said they knew there was no air but they didn't have any other rooms! They finally found another room for us and then rebooked the room we were originally in with someone else before they cleaned it!
