「Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). 」

「They were undergoing renovations at the time we were there, which are very much needed in the rooms. Staff was helpful, but internet was out for one day. I think once the renovations are complete should be good to stay, but until they are completed would look for somewhere else. 」

「The room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was closed and then reopened but then closed again. There is no hot tub on the property as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok and the pancake machine was not functioning.」

「The staff were very accommodating in changing our room when the 1st room we were given Rm#310 reeked of cigarette/cigar smoke. Our eyes began watering & noses were burning literally the second we opened the door to Rm#310. The property is older & rooms could use some updating, but everything was clean. The Fitness Center was adequate. The Breakfast had a wide variety of food & my only suggestion is the hot foods were only warm. Parking was plentiful & well lit. 」

「Booked this hotel for a competition nearby. The pool was fine but the hottest had no real jets and just hit enough. The most disappointing thing was breakfast. The first day, Not a staff in site. Nothing refilled and I was there at 645. The 2nd day we got there at 9 and no cereal. One bagel. Not impressed to say the least.」

「No breakfast, couldn't use the hot tub cause it was full of very young children, even though the sign says 16 or older. The parents all sat at a table drinking even though you are not supposed to have glass in there, never mind food or beverages. But hey the kids were having a blast.」
