「Muy buen servicio , super limpio lo recomiendo .」

「We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Nice clean room, serviced daily if required with a great waterfront view. Bathroom was O.K, looked a bit tired compared to rest of room. Tiki Bar food was good but loud music from live bands at night spoiled our peace and quiet. Good parking.」

「When we arrived at the property, several people in front of were being told they had no rooms despite having reservations. We thought we were luckier as my wife and were told we had a room, though it was a single bed and not two beds as we had reserved. The clerk blamed the problem on the hotel being brand new and not quite ready for opening and, inexplicably, on the maids for not speaking English. When we went to our room we found that the air conditioner did not work (it was 95 degrees...
