On the ground floor, there are two sitting rooms with plenty of comfortable seating and an open plan kitchen/dining room, which is ideal for socialising with loved ones and opens out to the garden. Upstairs are four spacious double bedrooms to accommodate up to eight guests. Outside there is good size garden at the back of the property, which offers the perfect spot to relax with a drink after a day at the beach. Situated in the heart of Walmer, this home couldn't be in a better position, with it's close proximity to the beach (3 minute walk), local amenities and quiet surroundings. Marke Wood provides a large green space directly opposite the house, whilst the property's spacious layout makes it ideal for families looking for a coastal break. One dog is very welcome.

Dining table and chairs to seat six people. There is also a sofa in the kitchen by the doors leading out to the garden.

At the back of the house is a lovely garden with a patio and lawn area with table and chairs.

There is a garden to the rear of the property with seating.
One well behaved dog is allowed. Please note that dogs must stay downstairs.
Please note that there is no travel cot at the house. The high chair is stored in the cupboard under the stairs.
House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
