“I booked this for someone coming in town to work. They arrived and wanted to check in early but the virtual check-in kind of made that a hassle. Watch I gave them the number they were able to speak with someone. They did say the room was comfortable however it could have been a little cleaner. They didn't elaborate so I guess it wasn't horrible.”

“Upon arrival, we had difficulty communicating with the owner. There had been a payment issue but VRBO never told us & any messages the owner was sending never came through. The link to the page that was supposed to contain instructions was broken. We had to contact VRBO and get them to contact the owner, only to find out we had to process a payment to get access. Note - the outside of the building and the parking areas are POORLY maintained. The gated parking is wild. People park any sort of way……

“This small place was not bad, just OK. The bedroom has a brick wall that is deteriorating and debris had come down onto the floor. It was obvious the place had not been cleaned well in a while. There were no bed sheets or linens for the pull out sofa bed, just a mattress pad and heavy comforter. The AC had not ben turned on for us and the unit was extremely hot on arrival. The AC unit for the kitchen/living area worked fine, cooling it down in a couple hours. But the bedroom unit struggled the……

“The host was very responsive and the place was lovely, safe and quiet, close to downtown and had plenty of street as well as dedicated parking spaces. I'd pack shampoo and moisturizer (something I usually don't pack when I book a hotel), everything else is available at the location.”
