The apartment was very clean and very confortable. There was a noise (I think it was the heat system perhaps) that was a bit annoying from time to time but overall I had a wonderful stay and would go back without hesitation. The self checking process was very easy and straightforward. I do recommend this place!

We have stayed at many places in Detroit and would 100% return here! Room was very clean, loved the amenities such as real coffee pot and standard size refrigerator/freezer, bed was also very comfortable. Liked that you could open the windows and hear the sounds of the city. Location was perfect for walking to attractions.

The room was spotless, everything was in good condition. Rooming and comfortable. The wall of window and view was exceptional. The windows could have been cleaner but there was a blizzard going on during our stay. So hopefully that was the only reason for that. Location was perfect to enjoy the city. Parking was across the street in a parking garage with in/out availability. The communication was also great. We will definitely return the next time we are traveling to the city.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend this hotel. It was very easy to find, in the GreenLight district so it’s very safe and in the middle of the downtown so easy to walk to places. It’s close to the Qline. There is plenty of food, entertainment and shops around.

Overall the place was nice and in a great location. However, the service was lacking. After going out briefly to grab a coffee (in my pajamas) the door guard somehow engaged and I couldn’t get back in my room. After reaching out the hotel for assistance, I waited in the hall for almost an hour to be told it would take another 1 hour and 40 minutes (3 hour total) for them to have someone assist me. Which leads me to believe that there is no “on site team) as they claim there is.
