Close to Little Five Points, Avondale Estates, Belvedere Park, EAST LAKE GOLF CLUB, Several parks, not far from ATL's famous Beltline, FOX BROS. BBQ, SO many good restaurants and nearly everything in the city within 10- 15 min. If your looking to host a multi- family gathering or Corporate stay, this is the place for you!

Our Stay
My family and I were able to check-in, and settle into the house easily given the instructions we received from management The house was relatively well maintained and issues brought up in previous reviews were address prior to our arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay at the property again in the future.

It’s was ok
Definitely a rental property . Needs a deep clean & some maintenance. Beautiful neighborhood - neighbors had the most charming houses & Christmas decor . House was not decorated for Christmas thou . Close to shopping/eating . A little noisy with the planes & sirens. Plenty of parking.

Home was very clean and cozy. The only thing I would make customers aware of in the description prior to booking, that this is a non smoking property which was very disappointing because I was informed 2 days prior to arriving.That small piece of information would have changed my booking this property
