"Stayed 11 days with two sets of visitors - friends then family - and everyone, including me, thought this property was awesome. Stupendous views from the great room and the deck of the San Juan Mountain range. Impeccably clean, kitchen well stocked, great layout. The hot tub is one of the best I've experienced... large, clean, adjustable up to an almost therapeutic level of massage, easy off/on cover, and peaceful views. Owners are close by if needed and very responsive to any question we had. The Mountain Village market and gondola are about 1 mile away, so glad we had a car (free parking garage once there). Definitely 5 star property."

"Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Hot tub was broken the whole time we were there. Guy came to check on it the day before we left. House is clean, and has all new appliances, which was very nice, but no useable cooking pans. Host brought us two new 12 inch skillets, exactly the same, but more updates are needed in a smaller skillet and pots for cooking. Dishes are fine, utensils well stocked, just need a few new pots and another smaller skillet. No indoor table to eat on or do a puzzle, only the bar for eating or games. No curtains or shades to block the sun during the daytime for cooling the house. On that note, great windows and fans are provided. Setting is quiet and the house sits in a nice aspen forest. Private and quiet. Elk and graze through the yard and neighborhood . I would rent again but a few updates are needed."

"*Summer Review* This property is located on the third floor with no elevator and can be difficult at night with lighting. There is no AC so it can get hot in summer months, but there are fans you can use however, a lot of the windows do not have screens to open them. The kitchen has pans for cooking, but not a lot of options so we had to use multiple pans to cook food for a family of 6. There are no storage containers to keep leftovers so if cooking pick up some. This is a great location for winter, but in the summer the Chondola is closed so you need to use the bus or drive to the Gondola and take it over to Mountain Village to catch the Free Gondola. There is also a playground nearby for kids to play at. All in all great option for lodging, I would rent here again just certain things to know about."

"This property was in pristine condition when we arrived. It is new and decorated beautifully. The kitchen essentials are all there and are very nice! This is one of the best places I’ve ever rented! It’s also pet friendly and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend this town house!"
