「The air conditioning system in the 1st room had a motor problem and the shower in the second room was not appealing.. better housekeeping required for the price.」

「We loved the proximity to the park, and the staff were very friendly. The property was clean, room was clean and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The only thing to improve on was that the cable tv wasn’t working since it was direct tv and there was a storm, which was annoying. Nevertheless, when we called about it, the staff person that came to the room was apologetic about it. The ice cream parlor across the street, King Kone, was also delicious!」

「Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating.」

「The furnitures are too old and a little dirty, and there are so many lights outside of the window, and I can hear the sound outside the room very clearly. But the price is so low, so I can accpet it.」

「As soon as you walk into the lobby, the smell of mold hits you like a wall. So much so that my 5 year old said “it stinks in here” The bedroom also smelled musty and was very damp feeling. The air conditioner unit was set to 70 but it did not feel that temperature. I turned it down and every time the a/c blew, it smelled moldy more. I woke up extremely stiff and swollen from sleeping in this moldy hotel. Other than that, the room was clean. It was definitely “dated” though.」

「The pool was not open. Front desk was not friendly when checking in. When we entered the room the mini fridge had leftover food inside, sheets clean and so was the tub/sink/toilet but everything else had layers of dust. Owners don’t seem to take pride in keeping a well maintained property, overflowing outside trash cans, large handprints on room mirror, dressers drawer missing bottom and other had holes in it. Put sign on door for housekeeping and left room for 9 hours to visit park and no one...

「I should’ve looked closer at prior reviews. Elevator was broken, toilet rocked, there was a dirty towel outside of the shower when we checked into the room. Sink faucet did not appear to have been cleaned. The air conditioning unit was disgusting and rattled. Booked two nights and only stayed one night」

「False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here.」

「Room was horrible. Smelled of smoke. Stained sheets and towels. Carpet had ripples in it (trip hazard). People around hotel were scary.」

「Bright lights in front parking lot were unnecessary and made sleeping difficult. Mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. Swimming pool was a very small size, more like a large hot tub. Location of hotel was not great, off an exit of 322 next to a pediatric medical clinic and nothing else. It was nice that a breakfast was provided and the price was fair, but I can’t recommend this hotel,」
