The hotel is just average. Also, doesn’t help when you have a water leak at 3AM that triggers the fire alarm resulting in evacuation!

Hotel acquired by Hilton. Used to be a Quality Inn. Beware there are 2 Spark hotels in Hershey. Make sure you enter the correct address or you will be directed to the one further from Hersheypark. It’s a basic hotel. Breakfast offerings are continental. Nothing hot. It was a quiet location and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom in our room had no ventilation other than the small ceiling fan when showering. It was like a hotbox in there and we had to prop the door open all day just to get it cool enough to take a shower. Not sure all rooms are like that. Other than that it was a good stay.

Accomplished all that we needed for a family weekend. Rooms were clean and had a fridge, microwave, and plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Shower was amazing, which is always the tell for a good hotel to me. Complimentary breakfast had a ton of options and was great. 5 minutes away from Hersheypark, which was our whole reason for the stay. Would absolutely come back.

When we arrived staff came quickly to the front check us in. We went to our room which was clean and well organized. It was quiet and we were exhausted from our busy day which allowed us to relax. Would stay here again

We stayed here for our annual trip to Hershey Park and it met our needs since we were only there to sleep. The location was great, less than 10 min away from the park and a creamery right across the street. It's not the hotel fault but we were disturbed by the room above us that were stomping and jumping around from 10pm-11:30pm... It kept my teenagers up, who were too in polite to report to to the front desk but it finally woke me up and I reported it. The staff went up and corrected the situation and they finally stopped 20 min after we put in the call. The next morning, the nose started by 7am. Again not the hotels fault but be aware the great price point attracts families with younger kids, and thin walls/ceilings.

I visited the property while I was in town to go to The Grand National Tour. The staff was very friendly, the lobby smelled so good and my room was clean. I would definitely stay again.

Great location for the price. Beds were comfortable. Sounds could be easily heard from room above us, so request the top floor. Breakfast was good, but limited. One staff member was outside the main entrance yelling at someone over her phone. Employees should take their personal matters away from public spaces.

We did not like the fact that there were not drinking glasses in the room which meant we had to go back down to reception to some. Also no coffee in the room. Breakfast did not have waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage or any of that like Holiday Inn Express does. Nice clean room but I hate when they get cheap and nickel and dime you
