「Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.」

「Everything was good overall, but the food at the restaurant took longer than expected. It seemed like there was only one staff member handling everything, which may have caused the delay. Aside from that, the experience was good.」

「洗澡的水流较小，冰箱是坏的。我的晚上买的牛奶早上全坏了。其它的都可以接受。服务真的非常好。前台超级热情。」

「It works for a place to lay your head if you’re trying to go to Hershey Park, but the free breakfast was terrible and the hotel was run-down.」

「Everything was very good with one exception. We had a small room with a queen bed for us and a bunk bed for our grandson. The beds, shower, toilet and sink were all in the same shared space. The room really needed a curtain or something that could be drawn when someone was showering or changing. Otherwise we were very happy with the accommodations. Location was perfect.」

「Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Older motel but don’t let that stop you from staying here. Parking lot was full when I returned in evening however I parked on street right in front.」

「Close to Hershey Park and market 」

「Perfect for what we needed! The sheets were clean, the shower was hot, and the pool was clear and functional. While there are not a lot of "extras," the basics are solid. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the pool itself was heated. The rooms looked like they had been recently updated. I locked myself out of the room twice, and the staff was incredibly friendly about helping. If you do the travel sports life, this is perfect. It doesn't break the bank, but provides a clean, inviting...

「Blankets had yellow stains on them. The mattress had a maroonish stain on it. We asked for a different room due to the stains on our bedding and mattress and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I checked out 2hrs later and they witheld money for the whole weekend even though i left because the room was dirty and the pool was closed 2hrs early for no apparent reason. I will neverrr everrr reccommend this place and it should be listed as a motel.」

「The main lobby and gym were both clean and functional. The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating and a snack area, and the gym has a good amount of well maintained equipment. However, the pool was not clean during either day of our stay and had a strange white film on the surface. We did see people going into it but when we went back to check if it had been cleaned it looked the same. We stayed on the third floor, where there were several recently repaired water spots from a leaking above....

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」

「Angie the owner was very hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. And we got off to a great start each morning with a home cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Hershey/Palmyra area.」
