“Staff working the front desk were extremely welcoming, attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself was very nice for our family and in a great location for shopping and visiting Hershey park.”

“洗澡的水流较小，冰箱是坏的。我的晚上买的牛奶早上全坏了。其它的都可以接受。服务真的非常好。前台超级热情。”

“The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and the hotel is in a convenient location, about 8 minutes from Hersheypark. The room was a good size and had enough space for our stay. However, the hotel overall did not feel very clean. We noticed food on multiple floors, and there was water on the floors from people coming from the pool, including in the elevator. The room also needed some maintenance. The bathtub handle and shower head should be fixed, and the air conditioner was too……

“The charged me for for daughters room, even after I told them I had my own room. Then I was told my room was at a different hotel down the road. The manager finally found it. Asked about late check out, was told no hotels to full. Then, every night, the room above us had their TV way to loud and were dropping or dragging stuff till about 2am. Then we couldn't even relax at the pool because some parents cant control their children, to the point I had to say something(I understand it's a pool, we……

“You get what you pay for. Room was musty, bathroom clean but woefully dated and in need of maintenance. The “bath” towels were nearly useless. It is an old style Motel and not their fault for being what it is. I should have known better”

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”
